Charitable Status

Hope and Grace Angel Network is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.

Our IRS determination letter is available upon request. Contributions to Hope and Grace Angel Network are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your specific contribution.

No Gambling / No Lottery Disclaimer

The Blessing Ceremony operated by Hope and Grace Angel Network is a charitable distribution mechanism, not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or gambling activity. Hope & Grace is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. Angels make charitable donations to support the organization's mission. Souls in Need register for free and receive charitable grants. No wager is placed by any participant, and no purchase is necessary to receive assistance.

Tax Disclosures

For Angels (Donors)

Angel membership fees are charitable contributions to a 501(c)(3) organization. The tax deductibility of your contribution may be limited by the value of any benefits received. Hope & Grace will provide written donor acknowledgment letters as required by IRS regulations for contributions of $250 or more.

For Ceremony Winners

Angel ceremony winnings may constitute taxable income. Hope and Grace Angel Network will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for any individual whose total ceremony-related wallet accumulations exceed $600 in a single calendar year, as required by federal law. Winners are responsible for reporting income and paying any applicable taxes.

For Souls in Need

Blessings to Souls in Need are intended as charitable grants from a 501(c)(3) organization under IRC Section 102(a). The tax treatment of grants received may vary based on your individual circumstances. Consult your tax advisor.

G.R.A.C.E. is an AI-powered conversational agent that assists Souls in Need during the registration and interview process. G.R.A.C.E. is artificial intelligence, not a human being.
